2022 Camp and Workshop Logistics Featured

Written by

Dear parents,

Once again, thank you for registering for our Day Camp (K-5th grade) or the Performance Workshop (6th grade and up).

Fees.  Most of you paid deposits by credit card online. If we have your card on file, our system will automatically run your card for the balance of camp early Monday morning, unless you email us to request an alternate payment. If you are paying by check, please bring it with you on the first day of camp. Checks should be payable to CMC Atlanta.  The total fees for Day Camp are $325 per week for full day, $225 per week for half day; discounts apply via Summer Day Camp Pass for 6 or more weeks of Day Camp attendance.  The Performance Workshop is $450 per week for full day and $325 per week for half day; discounts apply after two weeks of paid attendance.  Day Passes are $75 per full day, and $55 per half day for both Day Camps and the Performance Workshop.

Participation Form.  We also need a completed Participation Form from all campers. This form provides emergency contact and necessary medical information. Campers cannot participate in our programs unless this form is completed. If you have more than one child, we require a unique form for each one.  If your child was enrolled in AMP this Spring Term or has already attended camp with us, we do not need another Participation Form unless medical coverage, condition, or emergency contacts have changed.  You can access the form on our site here.

Logistics.  A few nuts and bolts to help make your camp experience with us a good one.

What should my child bring? In a backpack, large bag, or rolling suitcase:

  • A sack lunch that does not need a fridge or a microwave
  • A water bottle
  • A book for quiet time
  • Markers, pencils for art

IMPORTANT NOTE: students in 6th grade and above who attend the Summer Performance Workshop full day in Little 5 Points or Decatur are allowed to leave the Center with peers for lunch, but only with advanced parental permission.  When determining whether to give your 6th grade student or older permission to eat at a nearby restaurant, please be advised that CMC faculty will not be able to accompany the students on their lunch outing.  Also, please keep in mind: food delivery is an option for 6th graders and up. If you have questions about these policies, email me via This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

We know your children will have fun and learn new skills and concepts with us during their Day Camp or Performance Workshop experience.

Please let me know if you have questions.
